What comprise aloe vera are its 200 active components that include amino acids, minerals, enzymes, fatty acids, and vitamins. While 99% of aloe vera is water, the remaining one percent is loads of nutrients that maximize one’s health.

Aloe veras are excellent source of vitamins A, C, E, and B complex. Vitamin A is essential to further healthy vision. It also helps in the growth and repair of body tissues. As an antioxidant, along with other vitamins, vitamin A fights free radicals that target and damage the cells in the body. Vitamin C, on the other hand, assists in collagen formation and improves body resistance against infectious agents.
